本发行版的账号服务需要用户运行或指定后端。远程 AI、腾讯云、第三方日历等连接由用户选择并受相应服务条款约束。没有配套运营服务或支付凭证时，不表示应用提供托管服务、商业订阅、退款机制或服务等级承诺。
会议内容及导入资料的权利属于其原权利人，软件的使用不会转移这些权利。请妥善保管服务器账号、导出文件和本机凭据。重要内容应定期备份，删除账号或会议前应先完成所需导出。
第三方开源组件按随附的 THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md、许可证和源码资料提供；这些许可证规定的修改、替换、重链接、反向工程和再分发权利不受本说明限制。Cuelumi 不以签名检查、安装器或更新功能禁止你自行替换符合 ABI 的 LGPL 动态库。修改后的组件应由你核对来源和安全性。
本文件是当前客户端与配套服务的使用说明。对外收费或托管服务须由实际发行/运营者另外提供合同主体、价格、退款规则、联系方式和适用法律约定；软件不能为尚未存在的运营关系编造合同主体。
当前未提供真实运营者身份、联系邮箱或服务域名，也未取得或声称取得正式法律审查。首次录音提示、源码提供和安全工程措施不等于满足某个地区的一切运营要求。后端配置真实 Stripe 服务后，删除账号前会关闭该后端记录的产品收银台并确认取消对应产品订阅；无法确认的付款或取消状态会阻止删号并保留账号，需发行/运营者与支付平台核对。这不处理独立购买的其他第三方订阅或退款。客户端不保留会议音频；卸载客户端不会删除服务器上的会议、转录和账号，需在应用内删除会议或账号。
Use information and terms (English)
Effective 30 October 2026. Cuelumi assists with meeting recording, transcription, document organization and AI output. Recognition and AI may omit, misinterpret or infer information. Verify decisions, disputed statements and published material against the original recording and participants.
You are responsible for obtaining permissions for audio capture, screen capture and the documents you process. Rights in your meetings and imported materials remain with their respective owners. Protect and back up important records before deletion.
Accounts require a backend you run or select. Remote AI, Tencent, SMTP, Stripe and calendar providers are optional external connections and subject to their actual terms. Unconfigured credentials do not mean that hosting, email, a paid subscription or an authorization is operational. This project currently provides no real hosting operator, contracting legal entity, contact email or public service domain, and makes no claim of legal review. A commercial operator must supply actual identity, prices, refund rules, contact information and applicable contractual provisions before offering those services.
Account export concerns the current backend's records and does not include audio, which is never stored on the client. With a real Stripe service configured, account deletion first closes this backend's recorded product checkouts and confirms cancellation of the corresponding product subscriptions. Uncertain payment or cancellation status blocks deletion and retains the account for reconciliation by the operator and payment platform. This does not handle separately purchased third-party subscriptions or refunds, remove your exports or delete other copies. Uninstalling the client does not delete meetings, transcripts or the account on the server; delete them in the app.
Third-party components retain the permissions and obligations in their supplied licenses and THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. These terms do not restrict modification, replacement, relinking, reverse engineering for debugging LGPL modifications, or redistribution rights granted by those licenses. Application/installer signatures and update checks do not prevent you from running a compatible replacement LGPL dynamic library. Verify the security and compatibility of your modifications.
